Message from Chairperson

Time and social realities are dynamic. Lifelong practiced theory and practices are becoming irrelevant in a wink because of science, spirituality, technologies, pandemic and natural calamities. Today is not like yesterday and tomorrow will not remain like today. We are living in uncertainty. No one can predict the inevitable changes that occur in daily life. These are ongoing time that cry out for compassion and conscience. In the midst of the pandemic, economic distress, racial injustice and unfettered violence has made so many of us to wonder about the future. To cope and sustain in a midst of such uncertainty, we need to strengthen the learning capacity and develop the desire and habits to learn new knowledge and skills.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic and other various reasons, the new world order has been emerging. New paradigm of social and political structures are evolving in this changed context. The antagonism, racism, conflict, corruption, injustice, exclusion and other many social devils are challenging the peaceful, happy and harmonious society. Most of the mainstream medias, big universities and government forums are highlighting on the negative consequences of the situation which has shadowed the positive potential of human, organisations and societies. This is a transition between the status quo and the positive transformation.This is a high time to seek root causes of the positivity to bring positive transformation from the family to society and from nation to globe, that ensures to unleash the positive potential of all human kinds and create the common ground to flourish peace, prosperity and happiness.

History is witnessing that human beings are capable enough to create the favourable environment for growth and development as per their wishes if all the positive potential were unleashed. ERIPS ignites the lamp to unleash human’s positive potential through the research-based trainings, workshops, coaching, counselling and mentoring programs. ERIPS courses are based on the experiential learning and empirical research that are practicable for positive transformation of individual, family, organisation, communities and societies. ERIPS courses will provide the knowledge to translate the theory into action and develop the attitude of “Yes I Can”, “I am Possible” and “I am Responsible”.

ERIPS apply the “Appreciative Inquiry Approach”, “Positive Psychology”, “Social Artistry” and various strengths-based approaches including mindfulness, meditation and Eastern Philosophies.

Because of the unique philosophies and approaches, the participants will experience the charm of the leadership with responsibility and accountability for positive transformation. ERIPS courses will make participants unique in the huge crowd and create the distinct identity. The ultimate goal of ERIPS is to generate the proof that ensures to unleash the positive potential of human being and organisations and linked them for positive transformation. Introduction

ERIPS is a autonomous registered organization under the government of Nepal in 2012. It is a dedicated to practice and research for social science research extension and development to unleash the individual and organizational positive potential for the positive transformation of the society and globe. This organization is devoted to discover, develop and disseminate the innovative ideas by application of Appreciative Inquiry Approach and other strengths based approached based on Eastern and Western philosophies that enable the peace through appreciative cultures in families, communities, societies and globe.
